Raccoon Creek Men’s Club
Tournament No-Show Policy
When signed up as “attending” at Raccoon Creek Men’s Club Events, Attendance at these events is expected. Tournament cancellation requests must be made before Thursday 5:00 PM before a tournament to allow time to make required adjustments to flights and tee sheet. Cancelling after this time or No-Showing for an event takes the spot of another member that may be waitlisted and takes away revenue from the course.
Therefore: Any Member who cancels after 5:00 PM on Thursday prior to a Raccoon Creek Men’s Club Event, or does not show up for that event will be removed from being able to sign up for future events until:
- Both Tournament Fees AND Green Fees have been paid to Raccoon Creek Men’s Club for the missed tournament. Raccoon Creek Men’s Club will forward the Green Fees to the course.
- OR, the member provides written reason for late cancellation or no-show to the Raccoon Creek Men’s Club Board, and the Board agrees the reason is valid.
